SAN JOSE -EVERGREEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
The San Jose - Evergreen Community College District is currently recruiting a Help Desk Technician. This is a temporary assignment through 9/17/2020 with the possibility of extension. Hourly pay is $27.04. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Position will be located at District Office, 40 S. Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.
Under the direction of the Helpdesk and Reprographics Supervisor or assigned administrator, perform a variety of technical and skilled tasks in the scheduling and operation of data processing equipment; respond to and assist in the diagnosis of problems through interactions with users including problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution of problems.
The Help Desk position requires an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field. Two years of experience increasingly responsible experience performing help desk operation function or related activities.
