Position Overview:
The Campus Solutions Assistant contributes to the efficient and responsive operation of the Student Services Department. This position has responsibilities in the areas of admissions, registration, and client/grant reporting. Working in a team environment, individual provides excellent customer service to staff, students and external publics with minimum supervisory guidance.
Preference to the Rice Lake Campus location, but this position can be staffed at any WITC Campus location or the Administrative Office.

Qualifications:
Minimum
Two years related post-secondary education/training OR four years related work experience, OR a combination totaling four years.
Proficiency in the use of a computer and computer applications including Microsoft Office.
Ability to contribute to a team environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of current office practices and procedures and skill in their application.
Ability to be detail-oriented, well organized, work independently on assigned tasks, and work under pressure.
Ability to obtain drivers license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policy.
Preferred
Previous experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
Experience within the higher education system
Physical Demands:
Physical Requirements General
Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sitting most of the time. Walking and standing required only occasionally.
