Aquinas College invites applications for a tenure-track position in the School of Education focused on the advancement of graduate-level course work and thesis research.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching in PK-12 and higher education, will be current with regard to research best practices in educational settings, and will be knowledgeable about Michigan teacher preparation and certification expectations. Demonstrated use of educational technology, including online teaching/learning and familiarity with Google applications is expected. Qualified candidates will hold an Ed.D. or Ph.D. in education.

Teaching responsibilities include graduate-level research methods and core education courses at a standard teaching load of 12 credit hours per semester. Additional responsibilities include: maintaining on-campus office hours, advising and mentoring education students, pursuing scholarly research, strengthening relationships with area K-12 partner schools, and participating in departmental and college-wide service.
