Position Description
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions
As the part-time K-12 Program Coordinator for the iOS Design Lab, you will lead the development and delivery of youth-focused programming that inspires students and supports educators. You will collaborate closely with the Lab Director and a bench of subject matter experts to design camps, hackathons, mobile lab experiences, and teacher professional development. You will also serve as a liaison to school districts and educators, ensuring that all programming aligns with curriculum standards and student needs. Collaborate with the Lab Director to design and deliver K-12-focused programming, including coding camps, hackathons, mobile lab experiences, and teacher professional development.
Coordinate, develop and deliver teacher professional development workshops that integrate coding, AI, and entrepreneurship into classroom instruction.
Serve as the primary liaison to school districts, educators, and CTE coordinators to ensure alignment with curriculum and student needs.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of students and teachers for Lab programs.
Assist with curriculum development and instructional planning in collaboration with SMEs.
Represent the Lab at school-based events such as CTE fairs, STEM nights, and educator conferences.
Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Minimum of three years of teaching or instructional experience.
Experience working with K-12 students and educators.
Certified teacher in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or Business Education.
Experience developing or leading STEM or entrepreneurship programs.
Experience designing or delivering K-12 instructional programming.
Master's degree in education, instructional technology, or a related field.
Experience coordinating school partnerships or district-level initiatives.
Knowledge of coding, design thinking, or entrepreneurship education.
Ability to lead engaging workshops and student experiences
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with community engagement strategies and school partnerships.
