RESPONSIBILITIES

-This position will be a floating position from our various San Diego locations.
-Provides professional admission, academic and career advisement to prospective and current students
-Maintains a solid functional base of all programs, policies, procedures, and practices in the comprehensive process of effectively recruiting, servicing and retaining a viable student body.
        
QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelors degree in related field including: human behavior, academic counseling, social work, marketing, management, business or communications required.
-Prefer one year successful experience in recruiting, advising and servicing adults in an educational setting.
-Minimum of two years professional experience required in marketing, counseling, customer service or personal selling, including extensive telephone contact and interviewing.
-Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail and follow through.
-A demonstrated ability to comprehend complex information and apply in accordance with policy.
-Excellent oral and written communication abilities including interpersonal relations and skilled listening.
-Logical and adept thinker
-Ability to interview effectively, problem solve and maintain professional demeanor, high sense of ethics.
-Ability to take direction well and work as a team player.
