Senior Associate Recruiting Location: Santa Clara, CAJob Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: - Responsible for various on-campus events at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (CPSLO) and working with student organizations for various practices hiring from school - Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with deans, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni, and student organizations; maintain contact with candidates and serve as key source of contact prior to offer stage, including managing referral candidates - Work with recruiting leadership to evaluate school resources and to assess performance annually to determine overall effectiveness and success; this includes conducting analysis on hiring statistics, school data, demographics, school ratings, etc. - Develop and deploy the Office university recruiting strategy for Federal tax practices and certain National tax practices (fulltime needs, Internship needs, Office and school events/activities, etc.) - Meet Office tax campus hiring needs; oversee Office and campus activities calendar and budgets for tax (hiring and Financial) QUALIFICATIONS: - Undergraduate degree with two plus years of work experience and experience in recruiting is a plus, including strong knowledge of recruitment practices - Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work; high level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Strong Customer Service orientation, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment, including leading teams of Partners, Managers, and Staff in recruiting related activities - Demonstrate poise and maturity while representing COMPANY on campus to students, faculty, and School Administration; ability to present results to leadership and report on competitive market issues - Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends, and ability and willingness to Travel up to thirty percent annually COMPANY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
