Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibilities: -Under the direction of the Primary Recruiter develop and deploy the Office recruiting strategy for the New York City Office for various practices while adhering to firm policy and guidelines as well being Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) compliant for both fulltime and Internship needs -Coordinate and manage on-campus recruiting efforts for targeted regional universities and colleges; manage strategy, diversity plan, and presentations as well as work with student organizations and coordinate attendance of firm professionals -Develop, maintain and manage relationships with deans, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations, and serve as key source of contact for candidates -Evaluate performance annually to determine overall effectiveness and success of plans including analysis of hiring statistics, Financial budget, school data, demographics, and school ratings -Oversee special internal Office recruiting programs as necessary such as Future Diversity Leaders Program, Summer Leadership Programs, Office Interview Programs, and Recruiting Skills Training -Coach and prepare the campus recruiting team for campus visits and coordinate closely to help ensure a unified recruiting approach QUALIFICATIONS: -Two years of work experience and one year of experience in recruiting, including strong knowledge of recruitment and employment laws and practices -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university -Financial budget and reporting experience and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Ability to coordinate multiple projects and exhibit poise and maturity to be the campus Representative as well as presenting to leadership -Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends; ability and willingness to Travel up to fifty percent annually -Attention to detail and excellent time Management skills; personable and possess a positive attitude Company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
