Description & Requirement

A postdoctoral research associate position is immediately available to study:

1) calcium channel regulation of synaptic transmission;

2) voltage-gated calcium channels in pain processing.

The successful candidate will have a recent PhD and/or MD degree with a solid training in patch-clamp electrophysiology and primary neuronal culture. Experience in slice recording and/or neuronal imaging will also be desirable.
