Description & Requirement Postdoctoral Research Associate Position on nuclear hormone receptor-mediated gene regulation in physiology and diseases. We use transgenic mice, disease models, and molecular biology to study gene regulation controlled by nuclear hormone receptors, such as PXR, CAR, LXR, ROR and GR. We are particularly interested in the implications of this gene regulation in metabolic diseases (obesity and diabetes), cancer, liver diseases, molecular endocrinology, and molecular toxicology.
