Description & Requirement Research Description: A postdoctoral position is available within the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Georgia, to study the role of heparan sulfate proteoglycan in vascular development and related diseases using mutant mice, embryonic stem cells and standard molecular, cellular and genetic techniques.
Requirements: The candidate should be Ph.D. or M.D. and Ph.D. with biomedical research experience. Candidate with developmental biology, cell biology, stem cell and carbohydrate research experience will be highly preferred. The position remains open until filled.
