Description & Requirement

A postdoctoral fellowship is available in advanced materials research applied to catalysts and reaction engineering for fuel reforming and hydrogen generation.

The candidate should have a strong command of English and demonstrated independence in conducting experimental research with publications in international journals. Before the start of the fellowship appointment, a Ph.D. in physical sciences and engineering should already be obtained.

Research experience in one or more of the following areas will be advantageous: catalysis and reaction engineering, porous nano-composite materials, HRTEM/XRD/XPS analyses, and synthesis of metal/metal oxides. The PDF will work with a research group of 10 members and will help supervision of Ph.D. students. The PDF will also participate in collaborative research with members of a University wide group working on Clean Energy.
