Postdoc Fellow–Nano-Drug Delivery /Oncology/pulmonary

We are looking for Postdoc fellow to join our drug delivery and oncology including pulmonary disorders research laboratory in the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Pharmacy. The fellow would be responsible for design, development, and evaluation of novel nanotechnology based drug delivery systems of therapeutic agent, protein and peptide for treatment of cancer and pulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, polymeric nanomaterials, polymer science. The post-Ph.D experiences at  a research institute or a pharmaceutical industry will be preferred. A strong background in targeted nanotechnology, oncology with a good publication record is highly preferred. The fellow candidate should be highly motivated and capable of working as a team with good interpersonal skill.
Our laboratory provides strong support for the development of independent research projects. Our laboratory’s research area is focused in the area of targeted nanotechnology based delivery systems, Chemotherapeutics, pulmonary disorders and molecular biology.
