Description & Requirement

The Wake Forest University Schools of Business are seeking qualified candidates for a Fall 2012 non-tenure track teaching faculty position in Finance. The position can be filled as a lecturer/senior lecturer, clinical professor, or professor of practice depending on the background and experience of the candidate. The position is for a multiyear contract that can be renewed and provides opportunities to teach in our undergraduate and graduate business programs. The teaching load is typically the equivalent of six semester length courses. Primary instructional needs include financial management, investments, and capital markets courses in the Winston-Salem and Charlotte NC locations. The position offers a very competitive package of compensation and benefits.

Qualifications: The position is intended to be teaching intensive; experienced candidates should have a track record of excellence in teaching. Credentials and experience appropriate to academically qualified status (e.g., Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree, and established teaching and academic record) or professionally qualified status (e.g., related graduate degree, and relevant practical experience at a senior level) are a requirement.
