Manhattan GMAT Instructor

Locations: Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Detroit, London, Philadelphia, Austin, Seattle, Denver, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Dallas, St. Louis, San Diego, Charlotte

The Instructor Qualifications and Job Description follow:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the position:
(1) A 760+ score on an Official GMAT CAT exam (official score report must be provided).
(2) Extensive teaching experience & expertise.
(3) A relatively flexible schedule, particularly during evenings and weekends.

PAY:
The pay is $100 per hour for all classroom teaching and private tutoring. Teaching and tutoring primarily take place during evenings and weekends.

DESCRIPTION:
Teachers are hired to instruct full classes and to tutor students one-on-one or in small groups. Manhattan GMAT provides all student and instructor materials, but gives instructors significant flexibility as to how class and tutoring sessions are conducted and how materials are used. Manhattan GMAT hires expert teachers who have proven mastery on the GMAT and who can engage students of all ability levels in a stimulating and rigorous learning environment.

JOB STIPULATIONS:
(1) Teachers must sign a non-compete contract, agreeing not to teach the GMAT for any other companies. (Note: Manhattan GMAT does not hire any individuals who are bound by non-compete agreements with other companies.)
(2) Instructors must make a minimum 1-year commitment, averaging a minimum of 3 hours of instruction per week. Please note that Manhattan GMAT does not guarantee a minimum number of hours of work.
