Description & Requirement Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) invites nominations and applications for the position of:
Full Time Professor / Business
Founded in 1969, Universidad de Monterrey is located in San Pedro Garza García, a suburb of Monterrey, México; this community has one of the highest index of human development nationwide and the major per capita income in the country. UDEM offers 35 baccalaureate, 15 master's degrees and 39 medical specialties, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
The candidate must respond to the following characteristics:
Minimum requirements:
•Doctoral Degree in International Business, Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship (Required).
•Master in International Business, Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship (Required).
•Educational experience in undergraduate and/or graduate level (3 years required).
•Experience in research and/or consultancy projects (1 year desired).
•Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
•Participation in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level is expected
•Contribute to the international projection of the academic activities of the Department.
•Develop research and/or consultancy projects.
•Participate in institutional activities.
Qualifications:
•Commitment with UDEM’s values, principles, purposes and objectives.
•Excellent teaching skills.
•Proactive, with vision to future.
•Excellent attitude and availability geared towards a continuous improvement based on personal motivation.
•Ability to create professional academic network.
•Adherence to procedures.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish / English).
