Description & Requirement The School of Management of Carlow University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Accounting Faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor. We are seeking an academically qualified individual with a commitment to the values of liberal education and to the mission and Catholic identity of the University.
The individual in this position will possess multiple areas of expertise with an emphasis on financial accounting and intermediate accounting theory classes. A Master's degree is required and the CPA credential and/or a Doctorate is preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates with experience in forensic accounting and CFE certification. Successful candidates will be expected to teach and develop courses in a digital learning environment at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants must also demonstrate the potential to work effectively with diverse groups, and promote excellence in teaching and scholarship.
