Digital Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Assisting in web research for new business pitches and current client projects Actively participating in ideation process for new business pitches Coordinating with creative team and external vendors on current jobs Managing Production aspects of video shoots including: teleprompt copy, releases, coordinating availability of location and liaising with Production team(s) Managing project databases, scheduling and preparing agendas for meetings, calendar Management, and transcribing minutes. Managing digital project timelines and documented requirements Participating in client calls as needed Working with tools or third parties to manage campaign Operations Media buying Understanding of data Management, site architecture, technical requirements, and workflow Assisting in the development of proposals, SOWs, and estimates and always being on the lookout for ways to improve a client s business and expand the agency s relationship. Possibility of some domestic Travel 2-3 years of digital experience. Advertising/Digital Agency experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Visio Ability to multi-task and prioritize Very detailed oriented & diligent Bachelor degree in business-related area Must be a self starter and team player Comfortable working with International partners Design software/language knowledge a plus Database background a plus.
