Description & Requirement

A bioinformatician position at the postdoctoral level is available to study the functions and molecular mechanisms of gene regulation by microRNAs and other small non-coding RNAs in the immune system, and in lymphoma and autoimmune diseases. For more information, see Cell (2007) 131:146-59, Nature Immunology (2008) 9:405-14, Cell (2009) 136:26-36.

Requirements:
Highly motivated Master or PhD with a solid background in biology, bioinformatics, and computer programming. Working experience in the following areas is highly desired: microRNAs and other small non-coding RNAs, RNA-binding proteins, Next generation sequencing,  Bioinformatics, Biostatistics
